Zesty Paws Weekly Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Health and Happiness (H&H) US LLC (d.b.a. Zesty Paws). The "Prize" refers to one (1) Zesty Paws product selected by the Promoter, with an approximate retail value between $25–$50.
By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Each giveaway period begins at 12:00 AM ET on Monday and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced the following week. Winners will be revealed via the Zesty Paws Instagram Story Highlights under “Weekly Winners” and may also be contacted directly via email.
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Promoter are not eligible to participate.
No purchase necessary. One entry per person, per weekly giveaway will be accepted.
Each entrant must enter the giveaway by submitting their email address via the giveaway landing page at https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribea=HgEkwx&g=TKuuqR. By entering, participants consent to receive promotional emails from Zesty Paws. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who completes a valid email opt-in through the designated giveaway form. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received within this time frame, another winner may be selected.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the giveaway, or any Prize for any indirect,
special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable.
If a winner chooses to post a review or share content about their prize on social media or otherwise, they must clearly disclose the following in accordance with FTC guidelines: “Received as a giveaway prize.”
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by The Promoter, which are final and binding.
